Every exercise comes with a video and description to perfect your form. Your previous weights and reps will also appear, ensuring that progress is measured and saved.

Customised Program

If you are doing Personal Training with us, your PT will write programs specific to your goals. If not, our Head PT writes programming streams for all ability levels. Opt-in below (members only).


We believe that motivation comes from having direction and accountability through personalised programming. Using our seamlessly designed app 'Shed Train', you will workout with precision and consistency.


Scheduled workouts on specific days and programs that evolve with you, changing every 8 weeks. Regular reviews with your PT ensures maximum adherence, progression and enjoyment.

Coach & Community

Message your PT for training assistance and share in the progress of other members via the group. Collaboration breeds accountability.
