At The Shed we pride ourselves on the results we get for our clients - in fact it is our entire advertising campaign! To get people true long lasting change you need to do more than just make them work hard, that part is easy! We follow quite a unique set of principles that centres around metabolic improvement, the vast majority of our clients want some element of body fat loss and the biggest flaw in all the diets/workout programs our clients have used before coming to The Shed is that they chase extremely short term results with little or no concern for what this means for our metabolisms. Much like our nutrition we use our training as a tool to have long term metabolic improvement, not only so that there are no plateaus along the way, but also that when our clients reach their goal they have the knowledge and metabolic health able to maintain it for life.
